Chronic stress, PTSD, adrenal fatigue, depression, anxiety, and uncertainty defined my whole world from 2008-2011 due to circumstances beyond my control. A very difficult marriage, divorce, and a loss of self left me feeling like I was slowly dying from the inside out.
Never in my life I thought I’d say I hated life, but my circumstances, the way I handled them, and the emotional ups and downs pulled me in that direction and I allowed myself to get sucked into the chaos. I didn’t know who I was anymore. I had lost my zest for life and I was essentially living outside of my body trying to hide from the pain I felt. I masked it all with a smile and wonder-woman attitude truly believing I could handle it all. Eventually my mind, body, and spirit crashed and I was left to pick up the pieces and rebuild my life.
I prayed for a natural way out of my misery and God revealed to me a plan that would later turn into a gift of helping others find a way out of chapter that was going down a negative path or ending poorly.
During my healing journey, I found me again—hidden under a pile of limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, stress, and lack of self-care. My mind, body, and spirit were restored to full health.
After my healing journey, loving my story became real because I saw the beautiful gifts my challenges have brought to the surface—all because I decided, during each challenge I faced, that this was not how a chapter in my life was going to end. I have a beautiful life with a wonderful husband, a little girl that I dreamed of for years, and a job that brings me peace, joy, and passion. My life isn’t without challenges, but I’ve learned how to navigate life in a way that allows for more calm as I put my focus on what matters most and live in the present.
God can heal with a simple touch, but often He allows you and I to travel a healing path to learn more about Him, ourselves, and to find wholly healing so that life may be full and complete and purposes revealed for this precious life we’ve been given.
So, here I am, using what God has gifted to me to help you find what you’re looking for. If you’ve decided that what you’re going through isn’t how you want your story to continue or end, then you are in the right place. Let’s get started on ending a chapter and starting a new one and finding the gifts that are waiting to be opened.
